I recently visted my aunt here and the nurses were very informative! The facility was very clean. I was very impressed with how happy and well taken care of she is. Cafeteria food was good as well. They allow too many smoke breaks for residents but my aunt is a smoker so she were trying to get her to quit. Definitely recommend for your families needs.

My mom, Jesusa Juarez, passed away last Wednesday and had lived at San Antonio North for the last 2 years. I can’t speak highly enough about rhe care she recieved there. I’d like to thank the wonderful nursing staff, the physical therapists, and the activities center. I’d like to especially thank Laretta (activities director) for her extreme care for my mom! We were truly blessed that my mom was cared for there.

My family member is a long term resident here. I have been coming to the facility to see her. I notice the place is cleaner, and the energy is pleasant. I also noticed the change in my family member she is happier with the staff there and the way she is treated now.

FAQ

Have a Question?

Get in Touch

Considering a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility can be a confusing process. Please reach out with any questions or concerns you may have. We’re here to help.
How do I pay for my time at your facility?
We work with most major insurances–including Medicare and Medicaid–to cover your stay and services provided. Use the contact form or give us a call to answer questions about your specific plan or provider.
What should I bring with me during my stay?
In general, we will provide you with basic essentials for living and hygiene. If you have specific products you like to use, please feel free to bring them. You’ll need comfortable clothing for 7-10 days, and any personal items you’d like to have, though we recommend leaving jewelry and valuables at home.
Who do you treat for rehabilitation services?
We are a skilled nursing facility, or SNF. Our therapists specialize in physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help individuals regain their independence at home. Typical patients are elderly, and require rehab following an accident or surgery, and their stay is usually covered by insurance. We do not offer drug or alcohol rehabilitation services.
